DMG is a highly successful growing company operating in the global dental market. We have developed an exciting range of unique and innovative digital solutions which we are providing into key markets around the world.
We are looking for a commercial manager to spearhead our digital growth in France. The ideal candidate will develop the business and set up an infrastructure of support, Key Opinion Leaders and digital sales experts to develop the market towards a targeted turnover.

Your Tasks

  • You work autonomously in an entrepreneurial manner to implement our global digital strategy into the French market and develop a customer base with dental practices and dental laboratories.
  • You will raise awareness for the positioning of our digital solutions (hardware, software, materials) by training customers, participating in trade fairs and congresses, creating a network and using the right communication channels for our digital messages.
  • Based on solution selling techniques, you act as a professional consultant who provides the right knowledge and offers to existing and new customers.
  • You take full responsibility for sales and turnover in your designated sales area and arrange technical support from Hamburg for a full customer service experience of excellence.

Your Profile

  • A completed training as a dental technician is of advantage.
  • Ideally, you could already have gained experience in direct solution selling techniques with a proven track record.
  • You have enough dental knowledge and ideally sales experience to be able to properly direct customers to the right solution for them and then be able to negotiate and close the sale.
  • You are willing to travel frequently within the designated area.
  • You have a good command of French and English or German.
